Season of vacations

Summer is in full swing, and our team is making the most of it! This July, our employees collectively took 678 hours of vacation time.

This figure is 1.5 times higher than our average monthly vacation hours for the first six months. We hope everyone had a fantastic time and is returning refreshed and ready for the exciting projects ahead.

Drupal migration discovery phase completed

Attico’s team has completed the Discovery phase of the Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 migration project. This phase focused on identifying the client’s requirements and prioritizing tasks.

We examined the development code, proposed optimization solutions, and recommended modern approaches for Drupal 10. It was a comprehensive effort involving code and design review. The migration project is set to begin in August.

Attico Platform-based site launch

wavy_bus

Attico’s team has successfully launched a new site built on the Attico Platform. The project goal was to migrate a psychology website from Drupal 7 to 10 and update its design with minimal costs while preserving the existing structure.

By leveraging the Attico Platform’s pre-built components and features, we streamlined development and reduced time. This project not only benefited our client but also helped us enhance our proprietary platform.

The client praised us as “the best team ever” for delivering on time and exceeding expectations. Afterward, the project team held a retrospective to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and future improvements.

We look forward to more projects based on the Attico Platform!

Drupal 11 release

wavy_tech

While the Drupal 11 release occurred in early August but not July, it’s still important news from the world of Drupal that we cannot ignore.

The newest version of Drupal was built by 1858 people from 590 companies worldwide in two years. It has a modern PHP stack and allows its users to:

  • Navigate the backend fast
  • Structure content more easily
  • Stage and review sets of changes
  • Simplify frontend development with SDC
  • Easily apply complex configuration with Recipes

Can’t wait to explore how these advancements can benefit our projects and clients. Stay tuned!
