With spring in full bloom, Attico presents the April edition of our monthly digest. In this digest, you’ll learn about Attico’s move towards web accessibility, a nutrition app release, new project opportunities, and interim data from the internal competition of product owners.
As part of a customer’s project, our team released a native mobile application designed to help healthcare professionals further explore the science of infant and maternal nutrition.
It provides the latest scientific resources, including articles, videos, workshops, conferences, courses, and CPD activities. The cross-browser app is already available for download in all regions both for iOS and Android users.
With the European Accessibility Act (EAA) set to be implemented in 2025, it is crucial for Attico and our clients to comply with web, mobile, and service accessibility standards. In anticipation of upcoming legal changes, we have reviewed internal processes and tools to align them with the new requirements:
Previously, we shared the announcement of the internal competition of product owners in the company. Today, we are excited to share that the contest involves eight participants and covers the development of the following initiatives:
Wishing good luck to all the participants!
April brought us new customers and exciting cooperation opportunities. One of them covers the website audit for a Swedish manufacturer of network cameras, access control, and network audio devices.
Another project is for a French digital communication agency interested in partnering with us to expand Drupal capabilities for their enterprise clients. During our discussion with their CTO, we have strategized our cooperation with a focus on accessibility, eco-web design, and leveraging AI technologies.
Recognizing the importance of the English language for client communication and fruitful project collaboration, we’re launching a free speaking club with a native speaker for Attico’s employees.
Everyone interested is welcome to participate and master their speaking skills by having real-life casual conversations. This initiative will help our team enrich their vocabulary, refine grammar, and boost overall fluency.
