Processors are our partners to whom we transfer your personal data for processing on our behalf. This is essential to ensure the continuity of our services.

Each processor may have access to certain personal data that you provide for processing. To maintain the appropriate level of data protection, as outlined in our Privacy Statement and applicable laws, we enter into data processing agreements with all our processors.

For partners located in jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of personal data protection, we implement additional safeguards:

• For personal data subject to UK data protection laws, international data transfers will be governed by the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers under UK GDPR.
• For personal data subject to the GDPR (or, if applicable, the national laws of countries within the EEA), international data transfers will be governed either by the existence of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or, in the absence of such a decision, by the Standard Contractual Clauses issued under the EU Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 for the transfer of personal data to third countries in accordance with the GDPR.

If we begin working with new partners who act as processors of your personal data, we will notify you at least two weeks in advance, allowing you to decide whether you agree with the transfer of your data. Additionally, we conduct thorough privacy and data security assessments for all new partners to ensure compliance with our standards and legal requirements.
