The client is a global leader in chemicals, materials, and agricultural solutions with a history dating back to 1888. The organization operates a centralized multilingual digital platform that supports multiple brands across more than 25 international markets.

Challenge

The client’s QA and release process wasn’t very efficient: in a complex multilingual, multi-brand setup, releases often went out without proper testing. This led to the following business risks:

We implemented test automation for the most important or time-consuming scenarios that are inefficient to run manually, covering 30–40 high-risk cases. The focus was on critical business flows and checks that are too slow or impractical to execute manually.

CI/CD integration

Our specialists prepared the automated test suite so it could be integrated into the client’s CI/CD pipelines. This allowed the tests to run automatically as part of those processes, without any manual effort, every time a new version of the system was released.
