How Our Experts Helped Baby&Me Achieve Optimal Results in Migrating 45 Websites Worldwide with New Features and Efficient Transition to Further Support And Maintenance

Baby&Me is a Nestlé brand that specializes in baby food and health, and is represented in over 50 countries, making it easily accessible to millions of users globally.

Attico International was asked to migrate 45 brand websites from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 within a specified time frame. The project also included developing new features, creating a new template, and transitioning to Support And Maintenance mode. Over 150 people were involved in the preparation and implementation of the project, including more than 15 agencies and partner divisions.

The biggest challenge was to ensure optimal results in a timely manner while analyzing the project’s requirements and goals, phasing the involvement of resources, and planning the order of their implementation. Attico International conducted a thorough analysis of the project’s requirements and goals, created a detailed roadmap, and made a set of initial calls to learn more about Nestlé’s expectations.
