Promedica struggled with scheduling appointments through its old website. Patients were forced to fill out a general form, making it difficult to select a specific doctor, clinic, or service. The schedule was not displayed in real time, causing further frustration. Furthermore, mobile users found it challenging to navigate the site. Our client was looking for a quick and convenient way to book an appointment with a doctor and here came Attico with its world-class development services.

We managed to develop a state-of-the-art website for ProMedica where one can easily make an appointment with any of 99 doctors across 7 cities

  • We introduced an online appointment system that allowed patients to schedule appointments with specific doctors, clinics, and services.
  • We also integrated a doctor's calendar, which allowed patients to select the service, day, and time of their appointment.
  • To make it even easier for visitors to book appointments, we integrated an appointment button into the site header. The button allowed patients to sign up for a selected service in three different ways: with a specific doctor, in the clinic, or in the near future.
  • We also added search blocks to each page of the site, which made it easier for patients to find the information they needed. The search blocks included hints for frequently-used queries, and clicking on "All results" from the search block opened a page with detailed search results.
  • To keep the site up-to-date, we synchronized all materials related to clinics, services, prices, doctors, and their schedules with 1C, a business management software. Reservations for services were sent directly to 1C and were available to operators for clarification.
  • The schedule of doctors was updated automatically based on a notification from 1C that the schedule had changed or when a booking was made on the site. We also updated all materials at night to minimize disruption to users.
  • Everyone can easily access the site from their phone and find what they need without any hassle.

Clinic "Promedica" has seen a significant increase in the number of appointments made through the site since the implementation of these changes. In December 2022, there were more than 1,400 appointments made through the site, compared to just 144 in April 2022.
