News

We’re happy to announce exciting news: Attico is heading to an epicenter of open-source innovation, community collaboration, and professional growth — DrupalCon Vienna 2025 as a speaker!

Our team’s submission “Nestlé Nutrition Scalable Multibrand Design System on Drupal”, presented by Olga Tsiamliak, has been officially accepted.

Our submission

This is a major milestone for us: we’ve been active contributors and part of the community for years, and now we’re proud to join the speaker lineup at DrupalCon, the biggest Drupal event in Europe.

DrupalCon Vienna will take place on October 14–17, 2025, and will bring together thousands of developers, designers, project managers, and digital leaders from all over the world. It’s the go-to place to dive into the future of the open web, from enterprise Drupal and content architecture to accessibility and design systems.

real-time

Olga will co-present with our partner Bastien Chanot, Global UX & Innovation Lead at Nestlé, on October 14, in a 45-minute session from 2:45 PM to 3:30 PM.

In her talk, Olga will explore the benefits of a core design system (CDS) that adapts to various brand identities and how automating design updates through design tokens can streamline workflow, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market. This session is part of the Clients & Industry Experiences track and offers a deeper dive into a real-world case study featuring one of our long-standing clients.

It deals with product owners, business leaders, UX designers, and developers interested in building scalable digital experiences. No deep technical knowledge is required from attendees; a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with the concept of design systems is helpful. Olga will show the role of design tokens in automating frontend updates and how DesignOps enhances cross-functional collaboration between designers and developers, all while keeping a consistent brand identity and using Drupal as the foundation.

We also sent two other submissions this year. Alexey Lyzo’s topic “Centralized Content Management for Regional Websites: A Case Study on Scalability, Compliance, and Cost Efficiency” was unfortunately not selected, while Gennadiy Koltun’s topic “Rethinking LMS: Why Every Organization Needs One and Where Drupal Misses the Mark” is currently on the waiting list. Stay tuned!
